1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

These general terms govern the sale of personal accompaniment and transdimensional hypnosis services offered by Olivier SAMIN (the “Provider”) via this website.

By booking a service, the Client unreservedly accepts these terms.

2. PRICES AND TAXES

Service prices are those shown on the website at the time of booking.

Prices are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
The Provider may change prices at any time; services are billed at the rates in force at the time of booking.

3. PAYMENT

The Client may pay by:

Bank card, transfer or any other agreed method.
Payment is made in full at booking or at the end of the session, as agreed in advance.

4. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Cancellation by the Client:

If the Client cancels or asks to reschedule more than 24 hours in advance, a full refund is made or the appointment is moved at no charge.
If cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance, the amount paid remains due to the Provider, or 100% of the session is billed for the reserved slot.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with consumer law, the consumer has 14 calendar days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw, provided the service has not yet been performed.

Exception: once the hypnosis or therapy session has started or been fully performed with the Client’s express consent, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised.

6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

The Provider undertakes to apply all his knowledge and technical means for the proper conduct of the session. Results depend on the Client’s personal involvement and subjective factors; no specific outcome of holistic accompaniment can be guaranteed.

7. DATA PROTECTION

All personal information shared in sessions is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy, with professional secrecy and confidentiality.

8. APPLICABLE LAW

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable solution before legal action. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those of the consumer’s domicile, or, if the Client is not acting as a consumer, those of Gijón, Asturias, Spain.
