FAQ

Before you enter the auditorium

Objections welcome. Straight answers.

Do I have to believe in it for it to work?

No. As in cinema: you know the story is fiction, and still the heart beats. We do not debate true or false. We start the movie. The result in your daily life is concrete.

Is this hypnosis? Will I lose control?

You never lose control. The state is like a good movie or falling asleep: immersed, and fully conscious because we keep talking together. You tell me which movie you are in and you answer my questions. You can stop the session at any time. You will experience a natural new sensation: being present with me and, at the same time, in your movie.

How does a session unfold?

Between 1h and 2h depending on the movie. Act I: 15-20 minutes to define the goal. Act II: I take you onto the set. Act III: you become the actor in your own movie.

Can sessions be done remotely?

Yes. The method is based on voice and verbal guidance, not physical contact. The same:

  • Video call (Zoom, Google Meet)
  • Phone — sometimes even more immersive
  • In person if you prefer

What are the contraindications?

For adults only. Not suitable in case of:

  • • Psychotic disorders (schizophrenia, etc.)
  • • Severe dissociative states
  • • High-dose neuroleptic or anxiolytic treatment

If in doubt, we talk it through in the first exchange.

How many sessions are needed?

Many people notice changes from the first session.
For in-depth work on one topic, 2 to 3 sessions are enough.
The aim: to make you independent, not dependent.

Can I practise alone afterwards?

Yes, that is act III. Once the door is open, you access it yourself. Some resources reactivate in less than 10 seconds.

Does this replace medical follow-up?

No. This is a personal-development approach. It does not replace medical advice or medical follow-up. If you are on treatment, keep taking it and tell your doctor.
