Before accompanying people through processes of consciousness, I spent many years with my hands in the exact sciences.
Maths prep, then physics-chemistry teacher in middle and high school: unpack logic, make rigorous concepts clear.

The art of using the right vehicle
I do not practise science fiction. The method I use is called Interactive Consciousness Expansion. It is a rigorous approach, created, taught and transmitted by Frédérique Aubert-Neveu, which I use to help you unlock concrete situations in daily life.
Still, approaching these inner spaces can raise resistance. That is where cinema comes in.
Using the imagination of a science-fiction movie is simply using a universal language everyone knows and enjoys. When you watch a movie, your logic knows it is fiction, and still your body vibrates, feels real emotions and lives the experience from the inside.
