2. Data we collect on this page

If you send the form, we process: name, work email, message content, and technical metadata reasonably required to receive the request (INTERMEDIAIRE audience tag, language, time of submission, and a hashed identifier used only to prevent duplicate sends).

Please do not include health data or sensitive data about third parties in the message field.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to your enquiry — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6(1)(a) (consent via the form checkbox).
• Email delivery and abuse prevention — GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest).
• Invoicing, if a contract follows — GDPR Art. 6(1)(c) and 6(1)(b).

This form is not used to send newsletters or unsolicited marketing.

4. Recipients

Your enquiry is sent by email to the publisher. Email transport uses the publisher’s email provider (currently Google / Gmail). Infrastructure providers (including Cloudflare) may process connection data. We do not sell data. Enquiry data is not shared with other areas of this domain for marketing or profiling.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Cloudflare and Google may process data in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Retention

Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle the request and, if no contract follows, up to 24 months, unless a longer period is required for legal claims. Duplicate-prevention hashes are kept up to 24 hours. Accounting records, if a contract is concluded, are kept for the statutory period (including Spanish tax rules, typically 10 years for invoices).

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent for the future. Write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish AEPD or the authority of your country of residence.

This page is served over HTTPS. The form is protected against automated abuse (rate limiting, honeypot, CSRF token).
