1. Purpose

These terms apply to people who contact Olivier SAMIN (the “Provider”) via this page. Sending the form is a request for a conversation, not an order.

2. The protocol and technical prerequisites

The protocol is an individual interactive-immersion session conducted remotely via video call, lasting typically 2 hours. The protocol is incompatible with any medication that may alter brain function, such as psychotropics (antidepressants, anxiolytics, antipsychotics, etc.), sleeping pills or any treatment that modifies state of consciousness. By booking, the client certifies that they are not taking any such medication or substance and confirms that this incompatibility is respected. Furthermore, the client agrees to be in a quiet, undisturbed location, to schedule the session at their most relaxed and least stressful time of the day, and to use an eye mask or absolute darkness along with headphones for optimal immersion.

3. Formation of contract, pricing and payment

A contract is formed only when the Provider confirms in writing the frame, date, fees and modalities. The protocol fee is set at €400 excl. VAT. Full payment must be received by the Provider at least 48 hours before the scheduled session; failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the slot. An invoice will be issued by the Provider upon receipt of the payment.

4. Fee

The fee shown on this page is firm and non-negotiable.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

A confirmed session may be postponed or cancelled free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice; later cancellation may be billed in full for the reserved slot. If the Provider is unable to honour a session due to an unforeseen impediment, a free rescheduling of the date and time will be systematically proposed to the client.

6. Outcome

The Provider delivers the protocol with professional care. No individual result is guaranteed. The experience and its practical integration depend entirely on the client's active involvement and respect of the technical prerequisites.

7. Confidentiality

The Provider treats exchanges as confidential, subject to legal obligations. Personal data follows the privacy policy.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights. The courts of Gijón, Asturias, Spain have jurisdiction where the law so allows.
